Delivery & returns

Every piece is made after you order it. That is why it takes a little time, and why it is yours.

Making time

Sankktum pieces: please allow three to four weeks from your order to dispatch. Orbital and Urban pieces: six to ten weeks. We will email you when your piece leaves us.

Commissions

Tables, seating and plinths are made to commission. We agree size, finish, price and delivery with you before anything is made.

Delivery

• UK mainland: tracked. Orbital and Urban prices include UK mainland delivery; for Sankktum pieces we confirm the delivery cost with your order.
• Europe and the rest of the world: on request.
• Every candle holder travels with its LED candle in the same parcel.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us at michael.farwinger@luccivo.com, then return the piece unused and in its packaging within a further 14 days. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back. Return postage is yours to pay unless the piece is faulty. Pieces made to commission to your own size or finish cannot be cancelled once making has begun.

If something arrives damaged

Printed pieces are packed carefully, but spikes and thorns are delicate. If yours arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours and we will make you a new one or refund you in full.
